Regency Metamorphic Stool/Library Steps

A rare and unusual metamorphic Regency Stool which converts to a set of Library steps. The rectangular top covered in the original black leather above panelled sides and raised on ring-turned legs with brass cups and castors. The top opening to reveal the folding steps, all constructed from figured mahogany.
