Large Regency Overmantel/Overmantle Mirror

A fine Regency period gilded over-mantel mirror, the cavetto cornice set with gilded balls above a Greek-Key panel flanted on either side by carved paterae. The old plate below is bordered by Etruscan type fluted column with Sphinx's head capital and carved human feet.  Circa 1820.
